Portland Rents Up 0.9% In June

Portland rents were up 0.9% in June according to the July report from Apartment List. However, prices remain down 1.0% year-over-year. Currently, the overall median rent in the city stands at $1,566. Portland rent growth in 2025 pacing below last year Six months into the year, rents in Portland have risen 3.0%. This is a slower rate of growth compared to what the city was experiencing at this point last year.
