Check your lease-it may say something like, ” If any plumbing issues result from tenant and or guests flushing anything into the toilet other than human waste and toilet paper, the tenant will be responsible for any costs or charges incurred. that that tenants are flushing. He provides answers each week to landlords.

In most leases there is a clause concerning vehicles that says something like this: Vehicles must be currently licensed, owned by tenant, registered, operational and properly parked. Theyve asked the dealer to come take it back but the company wont do it. Visit his website: [link].

Normally a pet fee is nonrefundable, but your lease should describe whether you have-a refundable pet deposit or non-refundable pet fee.
